- B2B e-business: It refers to business-to-business transaction/process. It depicts the business transaction between two businesses. For example supplier and producer/manufacturer. The goods are transferred from the producer to seller or seller to retailer
- C2C e-business: Is customer-to-customer. This type is used by two customers. For example Quikr and OLX are the two best examples of such businesses. In C2C, the customers can search another customer who is willing to sell or purchase the goods. The manufactures or retailer is not involved in this process.
- B2C: Business-to-customer is the most common type of e-business. It includes the transaction between the manufacturer or the business and the customer. For example: Any website like Harrods.com, forever 21 etc.
