The focus behind the concept of The Food Factory is totally on the customers and it goes in line with the vision, mission and values of the company. Through this, they are simply uplifting the level of service to a different level in order to gain competitive edge on its competitors in this global market. The Food Factory is ready with their innovative mission statement which says, “To grow their business in a newly and innovative manner in this challenging, changing and competitive environment.” The mission of The Food Factory is to serve as much as much possible and to be amongst the team of leading brands in this food industry. The aim or mission of the company i.e. the pizza company is also same and it is believed by the management that the new division will also be widely accepted by the people just as the pizza company has been accepted at large. The paper will explain in detail its business model, SWOT analysis, strategic plan and its implementation as well as analysis based on it supply chain management and highlights of its communication plan. Risk of increase in number of competitors and brand image prevails in adoption of such concept. Also, issues of change management are a matter of concern. The paper is framed in a detailed manner and discusses all significant aspects that are required for the establishment of “The Food Factory”. The Pizza Company is trying to diverse its activities in this business environment. Apart from specializing in supply of variety of pizza it is trying to expand its business into the field of other kinds of foods. It will be a separate division for the company which will look after its activities right from the plan of setup behind the restaurants, development, strategic implementations and ensuring customer’s feedback regularly. The senior management is thinking to provide the name as “The Food Factory” for its chain of restaurants because it is reflecting the purpose or aim of diversification. Innovation is one of the key for developing and expanding a business (“Importance of Innovation and Creativity for Success of an Organization”, 2016).
