As per my Week 3 Assignment which was my Final Paper preparation, I had chosen the topic of Judiciary. My paper will be explaining as how judiciary upholds the law of US Constitution, the extracts from US Constitution which defines the ethical standards of judicial professionals. It will also analyze various ways as how judiciary upholds the social principles in building a better society (Pikis, 2016).

US Constitution has been honored with the responsibility of developing the system of judiciary. The main aim of judiciary is to understand the defined law, interpret it and apply it to the concerned case in order to resolve the conflict thereby ensuring justice to all. The judiciary has been made a prime body by the US Constitution in order to keep a check on the wrong doers and to ensure that justice is granted to all in each aspect

The third article of the US Constitution empowers each and every citizen to have a right to say in front of a jury if he is found guilty by the officials. He has the right to prove himself not guilty by fair means. The constitution empowers him to utilize all the required laws to protect him and to ensure that betterment of life is granted to everyone. People commit crime due to various reasons. Family problems, psychological disorders, poverty, social misbalance etc. are some of them which make them participate into such kind of activities. The base of criminal theory is not just upon strict opinions; it has a scientific background in its establishment (Fostere, 2016).

The role and proceedings of the judiciary system is quite scientific. Detailed steps are defined as what is to be done one after another. Like, first is the trial session, then both the parties is being heard and according to the fair prospects judgment is passed by the judiciary. Thus, the paper will highlight various insights related to the topic of the judiciary supported by the US Constitution. The root cause behind people committing crime shall be discussed and the three main issues which is addressed by the judiciary with their best response.
