Annotated Bibliography – digital communication in the workplace

Annotated Bibliography aims to highlights findings of research materials in an informative and precise manner. The focus is on the role of digital communication in engaging employees in the workplace.

The study highlights the expectations of employees and the growing need for digital communication. The article is intended for research scholars and business students. The authors suggested that modern digital communication increases the likelihood of job satisfaction among employees. The implications of digital communication are positive and progressive. The study has been conducted after considering the cases of 1000 companies and 10 million employees. The authors suggested that modern technology connects end-users easily.
