Over the past few years, employee engagement in Tesco has been affected negatively due to adoption of inappropriate communication measures restricting views of employees in decision-making. Tesco is considered as the biggest retail giant in UK. However in order to ensure long-term sustainability it needs to implement effective communication measures. So that employee engagement is ensured as when employees are more engaged they serve more in favour the organisation.
