The company has many offerings which gives its customers access to multiple services and dynamic content. All of this available to the customers, from the same single portal. This makes the life of the end user very simple and they don’t have to log on to different service hotlines to access these services. The company made this possible through extensive research and innovation in their IT systems. Vodafone Australia has been inventing heavily on such a kind of a sophisticated IT system over a period of time which is paying rich dividends for them now, making them one of the leading players in the industry (Kotler, Keller, 2012).They are more nimble as compared to their competitors, both in terms of adapting to the new trends and demands of the customers and also bringing in more efficiency in the old systems.The company knows how to keep the right balance between being traditional manner and at the same time being capable enough to adopt the new market demands as per the consumer sensibilities.
