Located south of the Melbourne business district, Port Philip is a very famous and old city having government agency in the Victoria state. The government council comprises of various wards that include Albert Park, Carlisle, Catani, Emerald Hill, Junction, Point Ormond, and Sandridge Ward (Your Councillors, 2013). Each of the council offices is responsible for the social and economic development of the people and industries.
